Dynamic vinyasa flow weaved with deep
stretches, giving the opportunity to connect with
your breath, body and soul through a playful
aligned approach. Designed to spark self-
awareness, your body will feel grounded and
strong and your mind will feel calm and open.
Expect to leave feeling energized, connected and
serene!
Calm yin flow to restore, gentle mat movement to
release any tension and slowing down into
nourishing poses, cultivated with deep
meditation, pranayama and yoga nidra. Expect
candlelight, soothing music and aromatic scents
to ease you to the calmest state and wind you for
the best night sleep.
Being on the mat is a practice of how we are in
life, finding comfort in the discomfort, finding
ease in the challenges and breath through the
difficulty.
My focus is to teach from a place of warmth and
compassion, giving people practical tools to
handle life more gracefully and support their own
well-being.
